Booking Fee Deposits
A non-refundable min of £100 Booking fee deposit is required to officially secure your booking. This is non-refundable upon cancellation. This is a separate fee paid for the administration process & is a security against cancellations
Booking fee Deposits are non-refundable in all cases of client cancellation. This is because the deposit is charged to protect the time and date that has been reserved exclusively for you.
Booking Fee are non-transferable to other dates or services. If you wish to reschedule, a new booking Fee deposit will be required to hold the new date, subject to availability.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact Kajol as early as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate you, however rescheduling is subject to availability and a new deposit will be required to secure the revised date.
Cancellation by Kajol Beauty
In the rare and unlikely event that Kajol is unable to attend your booking, your deposit will be refunded in full. And will replace with recommended experience Mua if needed
Service Charges
Refunds are not available once the full bridal service has been delivered. It is Kajol’s commitment to ensure every bride is completely happy before she leaves you are always welcome to request adjustments at any point during the appointment. Please communicate openly throughout so any changes can be made before the appointment ends.
Skin Reactions
Refunds are not available for skin reactions. All products used are professional grade and high quality. It is the client’s responsibility to inform Kajol of any known allergies or skin sensitivities before the appointment. If a concern is raised in advance, Kajol will advise on the best way to proceed.
Communication
All booking communication must be confirmed in writing via email or text to ensure clarity and avoid any misunderstandings.
